I felt I could not fill out the short survey alone and communicate how great Ron was in helping me buy my first home. He did everything I could have imagined a good agent doing for a buyer.

 Since I was not familiar with just bout everything, he explained to me the meaning of terms and how the process would work.  Ron was always available. I could call his cell phone from the mornings till the late evening and he worked around my busy schedule. If he wasn't availble at the time, all I had to do was leave a message and he would respond to my questions in the timeliest manner.

Ron would also inquire if I saw the home that were listed for the day and ask if I wanted to see any of them. He made sure that all the areas that I was interested in were in the home search and updated parameters of the search whenever I had changed my mind about one area or another.

Because of my busy schedule it would have very difficult and detrimental to me to drive out to look at houses every time that I found a group of homes that interested me. Ron would pick me up from school and weould look a the homes and he would drop me back off at school so that I could continue with the day. Also, we looked at houses in the evenings after I finished working and on the weekend.

Ron really made things happen and I know that without him this journey would have been impossible. If I ever buy a house in Minnesota I will call Ron and if I move out of state I will give Ron a call so that he could maybe recommend someone to me.
